02The current website
The hiring, resume and contact forms send the information you enter, and any file you attach, to Flink Talent. It is saved in the siteâs private admin system for the recruitment team to review, and the team is notified by email (attached files are not included in the email). Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form entries.
The site does not include analytics, advertising pixels, account registration or automated candidate matching.
03Information you choose to send
If you contact us by email or telephone, you choose what information to provide. This may include your name, contact details, recruitment requirements, work history, resume and career preferences. Send only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending identity documents, financial credentials or unrelated sensitive information in an initial message.
Email and telephone communications are separate from the website forms and are handled through the relevant communication service.
04Recruitment conversations and sharing
Information sent in a direct enquiry can be used to understand and respond to that enquiry. Before providing a candidate profile for wider recruitment consideration, ask the team to explain the intended use, recipients and retention arrangements.
